Today’s Scripture
“When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.”
— MATTHEW 25:31-32 (NIV)
The Reality That Changes Everything
Jesus is coming back—not as a humble carpenter, but as King of Kings. This truth should:
- Awaken our urgency to share the Gospel
- Shape our priorities to store up eternal treasures
- Fuel our compassion to serve “the least of these” (Matthew 25:40)
Are You Sheep or Goat?
The difference isn’t about beliefs—it’s about lived obedience:
- Sheep serve Christ by serving others (food, shelter, love)
- Goats ignore needs while claiming religion
Your Eternal Resume
What if Jesus evaluated your life today based on:
- Who you fed?
- Who you welcomed?
- Who you clothed?
Prayer for Preparedness
Lord Jesus,
Thank You for being my Good Shepherd. Forgive me for times I’ve been too busy or comfortable to notice the needs around me. Set my heart on Your coming Kingdom. Show me one practical way today to serve You by serving others—as if I were looking into Your face.
Amen and Maranatha! (Come, Lord!)
🔥 Today’s Challenge:
- Meet a need (Buy groceries for someone? Visit the lonely?)
- Share this hope with someone: “Jesus is coming—are you ready?”
💬 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.” (Matthew 25:13)
